Ciao Pasta is owned by Chef Pasquale Manta who trained in his native Southern Italy at the age of 20. Arriving in California when he was 25, Pasquale worked at Puccini Restaurant in Tustin where he honed his skills under the inspiration of Chef "Franco". Pasquale, a warm and expressive man who speaks beautiful Italian opened Ciao Pasta in 1995 and it has become a favorite with residents and visitors alike.

Here while enjoying selections of Antipasti, incredible authentic pasta creations, meat and fish dishes, Foccaccia Sandwiches and delectable desserts, patrons senses are serenaded by the aroma of garlic and Italian Herbs while transported to another place through murals of Tuscany.

You may wish to dine outdoors in the spacious patio around the soothing fountain. The large full bar also seats guests and features two televisions for sporting events.
